| Title of Position: | Supply Chain Analyst |
| Position Description: | Primary Responsibility:
Conduct comprehensive inbound supply chain and distribution analysis to develop comprehensive strategies for implementation by the company on behalf of our clients. Specific focus is on transportation requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Interact with clients at all levels of staff and management.
- Perform data collection and analysis.
- Build and maintain transportation and/or supply chain design models.
- Provide project findings and recommendations with supporting analysis to Pathfinder management and ultimately to clients.
- Maintain scheduling and workload of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop presentations and proposals.
- Other duties as requested. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | - Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior success with transportation or supply chain optimization projects a plus.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.

| Title of Position: | Regional Account Manager |
| Position Description: | Pathfinder is looking for a highly motivated, success oriented individuals to establish new territories in the South Central; Midwest; Northeast and Southeast. Residency in the area is required. The focus will be on developing an account base for the company's transportation management services, primarily inbound supply chain management, including international. Successful candidate must be able to work with limited supervision and still achieve expected results. |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Successful candidate should have experience in a consultative selling role. Similar prior job experience is required. The absolute minimum requirement is that you are self-motivated, driven and dedicated to the company's and your own success. |
