Things people ask before they start.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Pathfinder runs in your browser. You need an internet connection and nothing else.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Routes has a 14-day free trial with no credit card. For Fleet and Network we do a demo on your own data first.
What data do I need to start?
For Routes, just the stops you want to drive. For Fleet and Network, a list of your deliveries. Where they go from and to, how much they weigh or how much space they take, and roughly when. An Excel export from any system is fine.
My data is messy. Is that a problem?
No. Messy is normal. The AI cleans the file and matches the columns when you upload it. Start with one week and refine from there.
Does it replace our transport management system?
No. Pathfinder is for planning the switch to electric. It replaces spreadsheets and consultant reports, not the system you dispatch with every day.
Is our data shared with anyone?
No. Your shipments are only visible to your team. You can export everything at any time.
Can my colleagues use it too?
Yes. Every app supports several users, and you can share projects. Complete adds team workspaces.
Can we start with one app and add another later?
Yes. Most customers start with one app. You can add another whenever a project needs it.
